Health Physics Society chapters are asked to submit annual reports to the HPS Board of Directors, and information about this was in the April 2019 issue of Health Physics News.

Here is some important information to know as you complete your chapter report:

• The current chapter report will be for the Reporting Year 2018–2019.
• If you had recent elections for new officers, do not enter that data into the report until after 1 August, when HPS fiscal year 2019 reports are finalized. If you want to list your incoming officers, they can be added to the body of your report, but the officer listing should be for the past year.
• After 1 August, the system is updated to Reporting Year 2019–2020.

You will also notice that if you need to enter new names for the leadership positions, the process has been changed. There now is a place in the directory for each HPS member to enter the chapter names for those chapters with which they are a member. When an HPS member has done this, the member's name will appear in the drop-down list for you to pick. If a name is not there, the HPS member has not entered that information in the directory file yet.

In the interest of time, it is probably quicker this year to contact me with a list of the members who need to be added to your chapter listing and I will let you know after they have been entered.
