Do you use Amazon? Did you know you can support the Health Physics Society (HPS) with your orders? I did not know this until very recently and as soon as I found out, I switched my charity to HPS. The AmazonSmile program donates 0.5% of eligible purchases to the charity of your choice. First, go online to smile.amazon.com and sign up for AmazonSmile and select "Health Physics Fund" as your charity. Shop through smile.amazon.com when shopping online. If you use the Amazon app on your cell phone, type amazon smile into the search bar in the app and, if your phone works like mine, you will get a box to click on to set your AmazonSmile charity in your app. Then shop and forget it! You will be generating funds for the HPS just by shopping for things you were already planning or wanting to buy.

There are numerous options available for charities to support—even if you do not want to select HPS as your charity choice, you can select another charity to support. This is not meant as an endorsement of Amazon, but rather sharing information for those that choose to shop on that site.
