2023 AIRRS Section Travel Grant – Deadline Extended to 30 April

The Academic, Industrial, and Research Radiation Safety (AIRRS) Section of the Health Physics Society (HPS) is announcing the availability of a travel grant for health physics professionals to attend the 68th HPS Annual Meeting in National Harbor, 23–27 July 2023. The travel grant recipient can receive up to $2,500.

Eligibility criteria for travel grant applications:

  • Presenting a paper or poster during the annual meeting
  • HPS members in good standing who are members of the AIRRS Section

Consideration will be given to individuals who otherwise would not receive travel assistance from their Institution or employer.

The application form is available on the AIRRS website. Please submit the completed application form and other attachments to the review committee. The travel grant application and all supporting materials (e.g., abstract, summary of research, etc.) must be submitted no later than 30 April 2023. Travel grant recipients will be notified by 15 May 2023.
