The Program Committee is preparing for the 68th Health Physics Society (HPS) Annual Meeting, which is being held in National Harbor 23–27 July 2023, and the preliminary program is now available online.

Where better than National Harbor to watch a session on homeland security? This year's Homeland Security Special Session covers a wide array of topics, from recent National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements statements to the science of emergency preparedness to what it really means to be a Radiological Operations Support Specialist (ROSS). Come learn the latest and greatest from government officials, national lab employees, academics, and private industry. This full-day session on Monday, 24 July, is sure to enhance your knowledge and offer opportunities to network. Part 1 will be held 9:30 am–12:10 pm, and Part 2 will be held 2:30–6 pm.
