68th Health Physics Society Annual Meeting – Come to the Exhibit Hall

While you are attending the 68th Health Physics Society (HPS) Annual Meeting in National Harbor, 23–27 July, make sure you visit the Exhibit Hall, which will be bustling with activity. Open Monday, 11:30 am–7 pm; Tuesday, 9:30 am–5 pm; and Wednesday, 9:30 am–noon, the Exhibit Hall will feature exhibitors with booths related to all things health physics.

Stop by and visit with the exhibitors while enjoying morning and afternoon coffee and refreshments Monday through Wednesday. Attend complimentary lunches Monday and Tuesday, paid for by our sponsors and exhibitors.  

Join fellow attendees in the Exhibit Hall for the 2023 Welcome Reception, Monday, 5:30 pm–7 pm. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar while you socialize, make new friends, and renew old acquaintances.

And don't forget to visit:

  • The Registration table to receive your meeting materials and meet the staff from Burk and Associates.
  • The HPS Publications Booth to meet your Journal, website, and newsletter editors and enter the annual drawing to win books related to health physics.
  • The Health Physics Garage Sale to bid on health physics-related items, new and historical. Proceeds from the sale will be used for scholarships, fellowships, student travel grants, and other benevolent Society activities.
  • The Poster Session on Monday evening to chat with the poster presenters and discover what they are currently researching.
  • The IRPA16 booth to learn about the 16th International Congress, which will be held in conjunction with the 69th HPS Annual Meeting next July in Orlando, Florida.
