Some of the highlights of this issue include:

• Dr. Bernard Le Guen, IRPA President, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding between IRPA and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
• After five years, the chair of the IRPA Young Generation Network, Sylvain Andresz, has decided to step down. Takahiko Kono has been elected as the new chair. We speak to both of them in this issue of IRPA Bulletin.
• We also speak to Whitney Coulor, who received support from the Montreal Fund to attend the IRPA North American Regional Congress in 2022. We interviewed her to find out more about her experience and the importance of the Montreal Fund.
