The National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP) has announced that Warren K. Sinclair, PhD, passed away on Wednesday, 14 May 2014, at the age of 90. Dr. Sinclair enjoyed a long and distinguished career with the NCRP (president from 1977 to 1991, elected president emeritus in 1991) and the International Commission on Radiological Protection (member 1977 to 1997, elected emeritus in 1997).

Condolences can be sent to his wife Joy at 1682 Daybreak Place, Escondido, CA 92027.
